    Welcome

Picture
Thank you for stopping by to learn more about me and my debut novel, Isabella's Libretto.

Isabella is a spirited, ambitious orphan who plays cello in Antonio Vivaldi's remarkable all-female orchestra in Venice, Italy, in 1715. On one hand,  Isabella is bitter because her mother abandoned her years ago, but on the other, she is alight with a passion for her musical talent  that is nurtured within  the Ospedale della Pieta'.
Isabella's "little story" is one of friendship, loss, betrayal,
 and ultimately, claiming one's destiny.
(For ages 10 and up)

A "gem of a book" that  "celebrates the beauty of       music..."                               --The Historical Novel Society
